Umberto Fiorentino & Claudio Quartarone | Anamorfosi (Remastered version)
CD - Second Pressing - Re-mastering from Original 1/2 Inch Tapes. The re-mastering process was carried out with artisanal care, using the original 1/2 inch master tapes. The result is a sound rich in detail and dynamics, faithful to the original.
The result is a sound that stands out for its richness of detail and even more pronounced dynamics, while preserving fidelity to the original.
Umberto Fiorentino, recognized as one of the masters of Italian guitar jazz of all time, meets Claudio Quartarone, a new talent on the Italian classical music scene. Starting from different styles and influences, they unite two unique qualities that, extraordinarily, merge into one. "Anamorfosi" is a term that comes very close to what happens when Fiorentino and Quartarone play. Both are fascinated by the possibility of combining the sense of form with improvisation, through the inspiration they draw from each other.
